Day 1-  Arrive in Amarillo in the afternoon and hotel check-in. That evening, depending on the time of year, visit Wonderland Amusement Park or Route 66 Motor Speedway or attend an Amarillo Dusters indoor football game or Amarillo Gorillas ice hockey game. If applicable plan to attend one of the many equestrian events at the Amarillo National Center.

 Day 2- Breakfast at the hotel; then visit the Discovery Center & Space Theater, Amarillo Zoo or American Quarter Horse Museum. Lunch at a restaurant of your choice, and spend the afternoon at “Splash Amarillo” Water Park, Putt Putt Golf or Sports World. If your stay includes a Tuesday night, try dinner at the Big Texan Steak Ranch & Opry.
