Day 1: Arrive in Amarillo around noon and hotel check-in. afternoon visit one of your chosen museums (see list below)
and have dinner in one of the many restaurants in the city. Click here to view the Dining Guide.
Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel or one of the ranches’ western breakfasts (reservations needed). Visit another of Amarillo's finest museums, lunch along historic Route 66. Stroll the “Route” and
browse in the varied shops. Head downtown to see some of the historic homes along
Polk Street; then drive west to Cadillac Ranch bring our your inner artist by
spray painting your designs on the cars. For the evening (depending on the time
of the year and day) attend the musical outdoor drama TEXAS in Palo Duro Canyon
State Park.
Day 3: Breakfast either at hotel or one of the ranches. Before leaving town drop into Wolflin Village, Wolflin Square or the Georgia Street Arts & Crafts Mall for some last minute shopping.

Day 3: Breakfast at the hotel or a chuck wagon breakfast at Elkins or River Breaks Ranch (reservations needed).
Depart Amarillo for Alibates Flint Quarries and/or Lake Meredith National Recreation Area; continue your trip or return to Amarillo for the evening.
