PRIZES:
The sweepstakes will be held between March 1, 2009 and September 30, 2009. Ten random drawings will be held from all eligible entries. Each drawing will be for $1,000.
HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants must send a copy of their Amarillo hotel bill during any stay between March 1, 2009 and September 30, 2009. Entrants will receive one entry for each hotel
night in Amarillo, Texas up to a maximum of ten entries. Entrants must attach to the hotel bill their name, address, phone number, and email address and mail it to
Amarillo Convention & Visitor Council, 1000 Polk Street, Amarillo, TX 79101. Entrants may also enter online, click here.
ELIGIBILITY:
This sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and their
advertising agencies and their Board of Directors are ineligible, as are their immediate families and individuals living in the same household. The owners of any
Amarillo, Texas hotel, their employees and those owners/employees immediate families and individuals living in the same household are ineligible. One winner per household.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN:
Anyone may enter by writing to A Night in Amarillo on a 3" x 5" postcard their name, address, phone number, and email address and mail it to "A Night in Amarillo",
Amarillo Convention & Visitor Council, 1000 Polk Street, Amarillo, TX 79101. Incomplete entries are void. All valid entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2009 and
received by October 10, 2009. Entrants entering this sweepstakes agree to the use of their name, city, image and/or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without
additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. Winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes. Odds for winning will be determined by the total number
of entrants. All federal, local, and state laws apply.
